Shipping & Delivery

How shipping works
You can order at any time. All orders received by Sunday at 11:59 pm are processed in the following week. We do not produce for stock: we process on demand exactly what has been ordered.

On Wednesday your order is packed chilled and handed over to our shipping partner by express. Delivery usually takes place on Thursday, within 24 hours of dispatch. When it arrives, your meat was processed only a few days earlier.

On public holidays the schedule can shift by a few days. If this affects your order, we will let you know in good time.

Chilled shipping
To preserve quality, we ship exclusively chilled. Your order is sent in insulated packaging with cooling packs, so the cold chain is reliably maintained throughout the entire shipment.

Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, you receive a tracking number. It lets you follow the current status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping regions

We mainly deliver our products to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The minimum order value depends on the country of delivery: 49.99 € in Germany and Austria, 69.99 € in France and the Netherlands, CHF 49.99 in Switzerland and £ 129.99 in England.
